MIS Support Executive

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provision of application and technical support to business users in Singapore, Batam and Kuala Lumpur.
  • Investigating and resolving issues relating to computer hardware, software, services and applications.
  • Performing first level support for multi-function copiers and printers.
  • Assisting with technical issues related to Windows systems, Active Directory, servers, storage and corporate applications.
  • Assisting with deployment of telephony and video conferencing equipment.
  • Basic troubleshooting of internet routers, firewall and network issues


  • Possesses relevant Computer Science / Information Technology Diploma or other professional qualifications.
  • Minimum 2 years full-time working experience in IT technical support.
  • Experience in delivering IT technical process and procedures, including troubleshooting.
  • Technical background in supporting end-user computing environments, including Windows 7 & 10, Microsoft Office and Exchange Online.
  • Networking knowledge to support network routing, switching, firewalls, WiFi and VOIP systems.
  • Able to communicate well in English with end users who possess varying degrees of IT literacy.
  • Able to work under pressure and willing to travel to Batam and Kuala Lumpur occasionally.


  • 5 days work week
  • Two-way company transport provided to and from Boon Lay / Lakeside
