Key Responsibilities Reporting to Operations Manager, assisting in internal/external audits, vessel inspections and flag-state inspections, locally and overseas. Monitor and ensure compliance of the Class and Flag State mandatory rules and regulations. Attend to all charterer’s inspections and follow up on rectification of deficiencies. Raise Purchase Requisitions based on the vessel’s stores requisition and assist in preparation of operational budgets. Minimum Requirements Diploma in Nautical Studies / Class 3 Foreign-Going COC Minimum 2 years’ experience in the marine industry (preferably offshore) HSE certification (preferred) such as ISM/ISPS internal auditor, NEBOSH, etc. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Proficient in relevant IT tools, including Outlook, Excel and Word. Must be willing to travel and do what it takes to get the job done on time. Others Company Transport provided: Morning and Evening shuttle service from Boon Lay / Lakeside Remuneration will commensurate with experience and qualification.

We are looking for self-motivated, mature candidate with leadership qualities and a desire to be part of a dynamic shipbuilding team to serve as Project Engineers, to be based in PT Kim Seah Shipyard, Batam, Indonesia. Candidates must possess at least a Diploma in marine / offshore / shipbuilding with minimum three years’ relevant working experience. Priority will be given to candidates who can start within short notice. Requisite skill sets and experience: Good English communication skills, spoken and written. Ability to converse in Bahasa is a plus point. Track record managing marine and offshore projects. Able to liaise professionally with subcontractors, vendors, owner representatives and classification surveyors. Problem-solving skills under pressure. Working Location: Batam, Indonesia Remuneration will commensurate with experience and qualification.

Reporting to the Senior Project Manager of Shipbuilding and Repair, the successful candidate will join an integrated project administration team in supporting the daily activities of Penguin Shipyard International in Tuas. Key Responsibilities Data entry Documentation filing and collation Co-ordination works as assigned Pre-requisites: A team player who possesses initiative and multi-tasking abilities Open only to Singaporeans / PRs / Malaysians with minimum SPM qualification Experienced candidates who do not meet the pre-requisite educational qualification may still be considered Experience in offshore / shipyard / technical environment would be an advantage Proficiency in Microsoft-based software, including Word, Excel and Outlook Others: Company transport provided Morning and Evening shuttle service from Boon Lay / Lakeside Remuneration will commensurate with qualification and experience.
