Capt. John Richard Price

Capt. Price is a Master Mariner by training and a Manager by profession. He
has been the General Manager of Pelican Offshore Services Pte. Ltd. since
July 2001 and a Director since November 2006. He is responsible for the
Group's fleet of Anchor Handling Towing and Supply vessels (AHTS) and
high-speed crewboats that serve the offshore oil and gas industry.
Capt. Price brings to the Group a wealth of experience spanning more than 30
years in the offshore oil and gas industry. During his seagoing career, he
has served as a Master on numerous types of offshore support vessels around
the world.
Since coming ashore in 1989, Capt. Price has held Senior Management
positions in the United Kingdom, Vietnam, Indonesia and Singapore at major
offshore services companies, with key commercial and operational
responsibilities.
Capt. Price’s holds a “Master Mariner Class 1” Certificate of Competency.
Capt. Sairi Bin Ismail

Services
Pte. Ltd.
Capt. Sairi is a Master Mariner by training and a Manager by Profession. He
is responsible for the Group's ferry charter operations, overseas projects,
as well as fleet and safety management.
Prior to joining the Group in 2002, Capt. Sairi was involved in a broad
spectrum of regional marine transportation services, ranging from container
lines to passenger ferries, with key commercial and operational
responsibilities.
Capt. Sairi's past managerial experience includes the management of shipping
lines, terminal operations, regional container feeder operations, shipping
agency services, as well as regional business development.
Capt. Sairi joined the Group in 2002 to head up the Fleet Management
Division and serve as the Designated Person Ashore, in compliance with
international standards on Health, Safety and Environment ("HSE"). He was
appointed as Director and General Manager of Penguin Marine Services Pte.
Ltd. in November 2006. His responsibilities include crew management and ship
management, as well as ensuring the Group's compliance with the code of
International Safety Management ("ISM") and International Ship and Port
Facilities Security ("ISPS").
Capt. Sairi holds a Certificate of Competency, a Bachelor of Business in
Transport from the Royal Melbourne Institute of Technoloogy ("RMIT"), a
Graduate Diploma in Transport and Distribution Management (RMIT) and a
Masters Degree in Logistics Management (RMIT).
Mr. Ong Say Cheng
• Director / General Manager,
Penguin Shipyard International
Pte. Ltd.
Mr. Ong is in charge of all shipbuilding and ship repair operations in the
Group's specialised shipyards. He was appointed as Director of Penguin
Shipyard International Pte. Ltd. on November 2006.
Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Ong was the Chief Operating Officer at
Yongnam Holdings Ltd., a Singapore-listed construction company. Originally
trained as an accountant, he built up his career with Hitachi Zosen Robin
Dockyard Pte. Ltd. (later known as Keppel Hitachi Zosen) over 24 years,
focusing on regional marketing and commercial activities. His contributions
at Hitachi Zosen earned him four promotions.
Mr. Ong holds a Bachelor of Commerce, a Master of Practising Accounting, a
Master of Business (Accounting), and is a member of the Certified Practising
Accountants, Australia and the Institute of the Certified Public Accountants
of Singapore.
Mr. Thomas Chung

Soon Tian Oon Pte. Ltd.
Mr. Chung joined SMAC Air Services Pte. Ltd. in May 1997 as Station Manager
in charge of air cargo operations between Seletar Airport, Singapore and
Hang Nadim Airport, Batam. He joined Penguin Speed Cargo Pte. Ltd. in June
2000 as Operations Manager for sea cargo operations between Singapore and
Batam. He was appointed as General Manager in November 2006, and took over
management responsibilities for both companies. Prior to that, he was the
boarding officer for a major local shipping company for more than six years.
He was appointed to the Board of Soon Tian Oon Pte. Ltd. in April 2006.
Mr. Chua Ee Kwang

Since November 2006, Mr. Chua has been the Advisor responsible for the
Group's high-speed freight forwarding business between Singapore and the
Riau Islands. He was previously.
Mr. Chua joined Penguin Speed Cargo Pte. Ltd. in 2000, after serving in a
senior management role in SMAC Air Services Pte. Ltd. and a major German
pharmaceutical company. He has more than 30 years experience in
international marketing, management and administration. He was appointed to
the Board of Soon Tian Oon Pte. Ltd. in 2004.
Mr. Chua holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the National
Productivity Board.
Mr. Lui Nai Fatt, David

Mr. Lui’s main responsibilities are business development and marketing in support of the various divisions of the Group.
He is a veteran in the international marine and port business, with a working technical knowledge in marine craft and equipment. Prior to joining the Group, Mr. Lui had worked for Intraco Ltd. for 13 years, where he last served as Manager in the company’s Engineering and Projects Business Unit. He previously served as a manager at Twin Disc (Far East) Ltd. for 14 years.
Mr. Lui is a member of the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers Singapore and holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the National Productivity Board.
Mr. James Tham Tuck Choong

Mr. Tham worked as a petroleum journalist at an international oil and gas newspaper for eight years before joining New York- listed Seacor Smit Holdings in 2002 as Business Development Manager. While at Seacor, he was involved in various aspects of the company’s offshore services business, including the chartering and trading of Anchor Handling Towing and Supply vessels (AHTS), contracts negotiation, setting up overseas joint ventures, as well as mergers and acquisitions.
Prior to joining Penguin, Mr. Tham served as a Corporate Advisor to several independent oil exploration companies in Australia and Singapore. His primary duties in Penguin include strategic business development for the Group focusing on key overseas markets, mergers and acquisitions, and investor relations. In November 2006, he was appointed a Director of Marlin Industrial Services Pte. Ltd. and Pelican Offshore Services Pte. Ltd.
Mr. Tham holds a Bachelor of Science Degree in Journalism and a Bachelor of Business Administration Degree.
