PMOS is the chartering and overseas projects arm of the Penguin Group. PMOS specializes in operating various vessels on Time Charter and Bareboat Charter with governments and corporations.

The company also runs full international ship management division with a fleet of over 50 vessels and a multi-disciplinary staff comprising Singaporeans, Malaysians, Filipinos and Indonesians. Since 2007, the company has commence offering its ship management and charter services in Dubai, UAE under a joint-venture.

PMOS is based in 18 Tuas Basin Link, with overseas offices in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
