Pelican Offshore Services

Pelican Offshore Services is the offshore chartering arm of the Penguin group. Established in 1997 as Asia’s first owner-operator of large Fast Supply Intervention Vessels (FSIV), Pelican today serves a diverse client base around the world, including oil companies, offshore contractors and other offshore ship owners.

Pelican owns a fleet of FSIV, crewboats and Anchor Handling Tug/Supply vessels, which are operated by a dedicated in-house ship management team comprising professionals in technical, crewing and safety management.

Pelican works closely with Penguin Shipyard International to design and build better FSIV and crewboats.
