PSI builds and repairs high-speed commercial vessels, including ferries, crewboats, cargo vessels and patrol craft. An aluminium shipbuilder with a track record that dates back to 1995, PSI has also started to build steel vessels for established ship owners.

Penguin Shipyard operates a 12,000-square metre shipyard in Singapore with a 500-metric ton straddle carrier, and a 45000-square metre shipyard on the Indonesian island of Batam with a 250-metre ton straddle carrier. To date, Penguin Shipyard has built more than 50 vessels for the Group's own requirements and for third-party ship owners.

• 50m commissioning pier with 500 tons straddle carrier
• Administration and design office

We built our first crewboat in 1997 and have since developed our own in-house 36-metre crewboat design in partnership with Pelican Offshore Services - a design that has found favour with other crewboat owners.

Since 2005, PSI's proportion of third-party orders has risen considerably as the company establishes itself as an independent shipyard responsible for its own destiny. Our clients include Express Offshore Transport, Access Charter, Shipping Corporation of India and Abu Dhabi National Oil Company.
