STO is a licensed bunker trader in Singapore, providing bunkering services to small and medium-sized shipowners, including our own PFS and PMOS. Our suppliers of marine and lubricant oil are sourced directly from oil majors and other established suppliers to ensure that our clients receive top quality oil products at competitive prices.
STO operates three bunker barges and a shore tanker on the island of Pulau Ubin, off Singapore’s East Coast. Operating between the Eastern and Western Anchorages of Singapore, we have built a long list of satisfied clients, including regional ferries, barges, fishing boats and other vessels in the Port of Singapore.
