Global Fleet Operations
Through our wholly owned Pelican group of companies, Penguin owns and operates a fleet of multi-role crewboats and armoured security vessels designed and built in-house.
These include the proven FLEX‑40 Series, FLEX‑42 Series and FLEX FIGHTER platform.
As at 30 June 2026, Penguin’s global fleet comprised 38 crewboats with an average age of just 3.3 years, making it one of the world’s youngest.
Our vessels are deployed across diverse maritime environments, from Australia through Southeast Asia and the Middle East to West Africa.
Our vessels support a wide range of mission-critical operations, including offshore oil and gas activities, maritime security, search and rescue, logistics support, patrol operations and other high-speed transportation requirements for personnel and cargo.
Our fleet is professionally managed by our dedicated FLEX FLEET ship management teams based in:
- Singapore (Australia operations)
- Kuala Lumpur (Southeast Asia operations)
- Dubai (Middle East and Africa operations)
These teams are supported by our shipyard facilities and operational bases strategically located in:
- Darwin, Australia
- Takoradi, Ghana
- Port Harcourt, Nigeria
- Dammam, Saudi Arabia
Penguin’s unique Integrated Maritime Platform combines ship design and shipbuilding with fleet ownership and fleet operations within a single group, enabling us to provide responsive ship management, technical support and maintenance services close to where our customers operate.
