Global Fleet Operations

Penguin’s wholly owned Pelican group of companies own and operate a fleet of multi-role crewboats and armoured security vessels designed and built by Penguin, including the FLEX-40 Series, FLEX-42 Series and FLEX FIGHTER.

Our multi-role vessels support offshore oil and gas activities, maritime security, search-and-rescue, logistics support and other high-speed transportation requirements for personnel and cargo.

Our vessels are new, well maintained and professionally managed by our in-house FLEX FLEET ship management teams in:

  • Kuala Lumpur (Southeast Asia ops)
  • Dubai (Middle East and Africa ops)

At the frontlines, our fleet is supported by our two shipyards and our ops bases in:
