Global Fleet Operations

Penguin’s wholly owned Pelican group of companies own and operate a fleet of multi-role crewboats and armoured security vessels designed and built by Penguin, including the FLEX‑40 Series, FLEX‑42 Series and FLEX FIGHTER.

As at 30 June 2026, our global crewboat fleet, from Australia to Africa, has grown to 38 vessels, with an average age of just 3.1 years.

Our crewboats and security vessels support offshore oil and gas activities, maritime security, search-and-rescue, logistics support and other high-speed transportation requirements for personnel and cargo.

Our fleet is young, well maintained and professionally managed by our in-house FLEX FLEET ship management teams in:

• Singapore (Australia ops)
• Kuala Lumpur (Southeast Asia ops)
• Dubai (Middle East and Africa ops)

At the frontlines, our fleet is supported by our two shipyards and our ops bases in:

• Darwin, Australia
• Takoradi, Ghana
• Port Harcourt, Nigeria
• Dammam, Saudi Arabia
